You want to reduce the size of your belly? I have a trick that will take off at least an inch or two from your waistline in just 2 weeks.

There is no weight loss, or reduction in fat. Just a smaller belly resulting in a narrower waist.

This is all you need to do:

  1. Stand up straight
  2. Exhale rapidly and completely. Exhale by tucking in your stomach at the belly button and pull your stomach in as far as you can using your stomach muscles. You should exhale quickly and get all the air out in 2 seconds.
  3. Count to 10 (around 10 seconds)
  4. Breath in normally
  5. Repeat around 10 times a day, every day

And that's it. As I said, there is not much effort involved. You can do it while in the kitchen, while in the elevator, or while walking down the street. In 2 weeks, you will see the difference.

NOTICE: This is NOT a weight loss technique. This is just a belly reduction trick. It will make you look better and fit in those tight clothes, but it will not reduce any fat or improve your health if you are overweight. If you are looking for weight loss, then you need to work hard for that. If you're too weak to do it on your own, then think of getting yourself a mentor or personal coach like myself, someone who knows how to push you to achieve results.
