Welcome to the infobasic.com. The following terms and conditions (these "Terms of Service"), govern your access to and use of the infobasic website, including any content, functionality and services offered on or through www.infobasic.com (the "Site").

Please read the Terms of Service carefully before you start to use the Site. By using the Site, opening an account, making a purchase, or by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms of Service when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, found here, incorporated herein by reference. If you do not want to agree to these Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Site.

This Site is offered and available to users who are 13 years of age or older. If you are under 13 you may not use this Site or the infobasic services. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with the Site and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the Site.

• Registered members on this Site may sell their tricks through this Site
• The registered member selling his/her tricks is the Seller. The person who pays for the trick or services is the buyer
• The indentity of both Buyers and Sellers is kept confidential, including from each other as per our Privacy Policy
• The minimum price per trick or service is US$10. The maximum is $99
• The Site collects all payments on behalf of the Buyers and received a commission on every sale. The commission is equal to 10% of the price plus US$1
• Sellers must deliver the trick within the indicated timeframe or the Buyer will be entitled to a 100% refund
• Buyers are granted the right to use the trick but not the right to resell it or distribute it.
• By offering a trick or information, the Seller undertakes that he/she has sufficient permissions, rights and/or licenses to provide, sell or resell the service that they offer on the Site.
• Infobasic.com has the final right to reject any content, trick, or services offered on the site, or to refuse a delivery to a Buyer by refunding the purchase price

Disputes
Sellers are responsible for delivering the trick purchased by the Buyer. Misadvertisement by sellers is not tolerated and violating accounts will be terminated. In case of a a dispute, we encourage our Buyers and Sellers to try and settle conflicts amongst themselves. If for any reason this fails, users can contact infobasic's customer support department for assistance here. infobasic.com will investigate matters and refund 100% of the purchase price if the Seller is found to be at fault.

infobasic.com's content is based on User Generated Content. infobasic does not check user uploaded/created content for accuracy and validity. Reported violating content may be removed or disabled. Furthermore, infobasic is not responsible for the content, quality or the level of service provided by the Sellers. We provide no warranty with respect to the delivery, and any communications between buyers and sellers. We encourage users to take advantage of our rating system and our community.
